2. The insulation material nomex-410 of DuPont company is used between the coil layers and turns, with H-class heat resistance grade, which can operate at 200 ℃ for a long time.
3. The coil is vacuum impregnated, and the impregnating varnish is completely penetrated into the deep layer of the coil. 160-170 ℃ drying curing, high mechanical strength.
4. The body is vacuum dried by variable pressure method. The surface of the body is covered with a layer of moisture-proof and anti halo paint, which has good insulation performance.
5. The shell is a rectangular large corrugated structure. The cover and the edge of the box have good flameproof surface. The shell can withstand the internal pressure of 1MPa.
6. The product has good heat dissipation and insulation performance, and can operate normally in harsh environment such as high temperature and high humidity.
