1、 Scope of application
This product is suitable for: coal mine, iron ore, aluminum ore, copper ore, gold ore, silver ore, zinc ore, titanium ore, manganese, magnesium and other minerals and oil fields, gas fields, oil stations, and other explosive gas supply and distribution use. The transformer shall be designed, manufactured and inspected according to gb3836.1-83 "General requirements for explosion proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres" gb3836.2-83 "explosion proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres" d "and other relevant standards.

3、 Structure
1. The box shell is made of steel plate welding. The box shell can withstand 8 atmospheric pressure wave pressure tests. The contact surface between the box cover and the box edge meets the requirements of anti dripping and impact.
2. The box cover is made of steel plate. There are two cable outlet sleeves on the box shell. Rubber gasket is placed on the air surface of the outlet sleeve. After the cable passes through the rubber gasket, the cable can be pressed by the rubber washer to ensure the sealing. The selected cable outer diameter must be closely matched with the rubber gasket, so that the cable can be compressed and completely sealed to ensure the isolation performance.
3. High voltage coil can be connected in star connection or triangle connection. During the transformation, it is necessary to cut off the transformer from the power supply, open the box cover, and carry out the connection on the terminal block of the device body. The connection method of the high-voltage wiring board is shown in the manual.
4. There are grounding bolts in the case, and the grounding bolts are also welded on the box trailer, which should be properly grounded.
5. There is a trailer welded on the outside of the box shell for dragging in the horizontal position. It can be stored vertically in transportation or storage to save position.
6. The core with crystal orientation and low consumption cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, B-class insulation multi-layer circular simple coil structure, and air self-cooling mine equipment.
