The science and Technology Project of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) led by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power Science and technology, "study on the methods for measuring the energy efficiency of electric machines and transformers" , has been tested and created the basic conditions for establishing the corresponding energy efficiency measurement standard laboratory, it will provide technical support for the measurement and evaluation of energy efficiency of domestic energy-consuming products. Facing the development trend of tight capital constraint, improving energy efficiency has become an important measure of economic development at home and abroad. Energy efficiency measurement inspection is the precondition and skill base of energy saving, and the evaluation method of supply for energy saving and efficiency enhancement. Before the project is launched, the measurement of energy efficiency in the company system is still blank, has become a constraint on economic and Social Development and energy-efficient power grid bottleneck skills. The project launched the motor energy efficiency measurement, transformer energy efficiency measurement key skills, based on the load extrapolation principle, the checking method of high voltage motor energy efficiency and the transformer energy efficiency checking method based on the voltage current difference principle are proposed. Based on this, the project developed a high-precision broadband energy efficiency measurement inspection channel, which can accurately measure voltage and current signals, it can be used in the whole experiment of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor and distribution transformer to meet the specific requirements of the target measurement of all kinds of inductive electric signal parameters in the current motor and transformer energy efficiency measurement test. The research results of the project will provide the country with standardized and leading third-party inspection channels for the measurement and inspection of energy efficiency of high-energy-consuming electrical equipment such as high-voltage motors and power transformers, and then generate greater economic and social benefits, stabilize the company in the national energy efficiency measurement field leading position.
