
Users must master the wiring method when using dry-type transformer. If there is a problem in wiring, it is easy to lead to use failure. So what is the wiring method of dry-type transformer? Let's introduce it in detail.
Connection method of dry type transformer:
1. Short circuit the "input" and "output" terminals of the transformer, and use a megohmmeter to test its insulation resistance with the ground wire. When measuring with 1000V megohmmeter, the resistance is greater than 2m ohm.
2. The section wiring of input and output power lines of transformer shall meet the requirements of its current value, and it is suitable to be configured according to the current density of 2-2.5a/min2.
3. The input and output three-phase power lines shall be connected to phase a, phase B and phase C respectively according to the color of the bus bar of the transformer terminal board. The zero line shall be connected to the neutral zero line of the transformer voltage transformer, and the ground line, the transformer shell and the transformer center point shall be connected. In general, the ground line and the zero line are led out from the neutral point of the transformer. (if the transformer has a box, it should be connected with the box ground wire mark). Check the input and output lines to make sure they are correct.
4. First power on no-load, observe and test the input and output voltage to meet the requirements. At the same time, observe whether there is abnormal sound, sparking, peculiar smell and other abnormal phenomena inside the machine. If there is any abnormality, please disconnect the input power immediately.
5. When the no-load test is completed and normal, the load can be connected.
