When the dry-type transformer is on fire, no matter what the reason is, the circuit breaker at each side should be opened first, the power supply should be blocked, the cooling equipment should be stopped, and the useful methods should be used to rescue the transformer. Make a statement together with the fire department and the superior supervisor to help with the handling.
It is assumed that when the oil burns on the top cover of the transformer, the oil level should be lowered from the defective oil drain valve, and the shell should be watered (be careful not to let the water splash on the burning oil) to cool the oil and make it not easy to burn; if the shell burst, all the oil must be put into the oil pit or oil storage tank; if the fire is caused by the internal defects of the transformer, the oil can not be discharged to prevent the serious explosion of the transformer.
When the dry transformer transformer is revived, 1211 foam relief agents and dry powder and other non conductive resuscitant agents should be used, and dry sand can be used to save them if necessary. When spraying life-saving drugs, it should be targeted, do not spray indiscriminately, and try to reduce the loss of switches and other equipment.
When electricity is saved, it prevents the use of conductive rescue agents, such as jet flow, foam rescue devices, and so on, so as to avoid the risk of electric shock.
Cooling equipment of dry type transformer
The cooling equipment of oil immersed transformer includes radiator and cooler. The radiator of small and medium-sized dry-type transformer is usually made of steel pipe and welded in two end holes of oil tank. This kind of radiator requires good rigidity. Several steel strips are often welded on the straight pipes to connect the heat pipes into a whole. For large capacity dry-type transformer, oil immersed air cooling or forced oil circulating air cooling are selected, and oil immersion cooling or forced water cooling are also selected. The main function of the transformer is to continuously emit the heat generated by the internal loss of the transformer into the atmosphere, or to cool it by heat transfer, so as to ensure that the insulation of the transformer will not be damaged due to the high temperature
