  Scbh15 amorphous alloy dry transformer is a transformer with an amorphous alloy core. The metal atoms of amorphous alloy material are arranged in a disordered amorphous state, and its demagnetization and magnetization process can be easily completed. Compared with the silicon steel material, the loss of iron core is reduced, thus achieving a high efficiency and energy saving effect. The eddy current loss of the transformer is proportional to the core material thickness and inversely proportional to the resistivity, and the hysteresis loss is proportional to the area of the hysteresis loop envelope. The thickness of amorphous alloy strip is small, and its resistivity is about 3 times that of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. Therefore, the eddy current loss of the iron core made of amorphous alloy is much smaller than that of the iron core made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. In addition, the coercive force of the amorphous alloy is much less than 4 a/m, about 1/7 of the cold rolled silicon steel sheet, the hysteresis loop of the amorphous alloy envelope is far less than the area of cold-rolled steel sheet, therefore the amorphous alloy magnetic hysteresis loss much smaller than cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, the core loss is very low, lower than the traditional silicon steel core transformer no-load loss is about 75%, is the ideal low loss energy saving transformer. Due to the low loss, the amorphous alloy transformer has little heat and low temperature rise, so its operation performance is very stable.
