1. Whether there is abnormal sound and vibration.
⒉ There is no local overheating. Discoloration caused by harmful gas corrosion and other signs of creepage and carbonization on the insulating surface.
Whether the air cooling device of the transformer is in normal operation.
The high and low pressure joints should not overheat. Cable head should have no leakage, creepage phenomenon.
The temperature rise of the windings shall be based on the grade of insulation materials used in the transformer. The monitoring temperature rise shall not exceed the specified value.
Pictures of porcelain bottles should have no cracks. Discharge marks.
7. Check whether the winding press is loose.
8. No dust, debris, rust or corrosion in the indoor ventilation and core air duct.
