The three-phase isolation transformer adopts three-phase double winding structure, which has the characteristics of anti lightning and anti-interference. Each winding of the primary and secondary sides is divided into two coils, which are wound by two layers of mutually insulating metal foil. Therefore, there is capacitance C (i.e. capacitive isolation transformer) between the two coils. Then, the following two wiring modes can be combined as required:
1. it has voltage conversion function (such as: △ yo or yo/ △ connection method)
2. it has filtering anti-interference function (for example, it can remove the third harmonic interference function. Can remove odd harmonic interference.)
3. it can effectively restrain the interference caused by disturbance harmonic and lightning electromagnetic pulse introduced from power line to the system;
4. it can effectively restrain the interference caused by the disturbance harmonic from the electronic equipment of the system entering the power distribution network to other equipment (devices and systems);
5. it can fundamentally prevent system work abnormality, data loss or error caused by ground potential disturbance;
6. it can effectively prevent the hardware equipment in the system from being destroyed by counterattack when lightning protection device of buildings is lightning connected due to the sharp rise of the reinforcement potential as reference ground.
7. characteristics of isolation transformer at input end of AC power supply:
a. If the third harmonic and interference signal of the power grid are serious, the third harmonic and the interference signal can be removed by using the isolation transformer.
b. New neutral lines can be generated by using isolation transformer to avoid abnormal operation of equipment due to poor neutral line of power grid.
c. The distortion of current waveform caused by nonlinear load (such as third harmonic) can be isolated without polluting the power grid.
8. characteristics of isolation transformer at output end of AC power supply:
a. It can prevent the current distortion of nonlinear load from affecting the normal operation of AC power supply and pollution to the power grid, and plays a role in purifying the power grid.
b. Sampling at the input end of the isolation transformer makes the distortion of the nonlinear load current not affect the accuracy of the sampling, and the control signal can reflect the actual situation.
c. If the load is unbalanced, it will not affect the normal operation of the stabilized voltage power supply
