Connection mode of dry type transformer
1. Short circuit the "input" and "output" terminals of the transformer, and use a megger to test its insulation resistance with the ground wire. When measured by 1000V megger, the resistance is greater than 2m ohm.
2. The section wiring of transformer input and output power lines should meet the requirements of current value;
The current density of 2-2.5a/min2 is suitable.
3. The input and output three-phase power lines shall be connected to phase a, phase B and phase C respectively according to the color of the bus bar of the transformer wiring board. The neutral zero line shall be connected to the neutral zero line of the transformer transformer transformer, and the grounding wire shall be connected to the transformer shell (if the transformer has a cabinet, it shall be connected with the box ground wire mark)
Check the input and output lines to make sure they are correct.
4. First, no-load power on, observe that the test input and output voltage meet the requirements.
At the same time, if there is abnormal phenomenon, please shut off the power supply immediately.
5. When the no-load test is completed and normal, the load can be connected.
What are the low voltage outgoing ways of dry type transformer?
1. Low voltage standard enclosed bus:
If enclosed bus (also known as plug-in bus or dense bus duct) is selected for engineering wiring, the corresponding dry-type transformer can provide standard enclosed bus terminal to facilitate connection with external busbar.
For products with enclosure (IP20), enclosed bus flange is provided on the top cover of enclosure; for products without enclosure (IP00), only Enclosed Busbar terminals are provided.
2. Low voltage standard horizontal row side outlet:
When it is connected with the low-voltage panel of the transformer, it is easy to connect with the low-voltage panel, such as the dry-type panel and the outlet terminal of the transformer.
3. Low voltage standard vertical row side outlet:
Similar to the horizontal side outlet, when the domino panel and other busbar are selected as the vertical low-voltage distribution panel, the transformer can provide the low-voltage vertical bus side outlet.
