Technical standards and requirements

2.1 The equipment and fittings provided by the Seller shall comply with but not limited to the following standards: Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract, the equipment shall comply with the latest national standards (GB), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and International System of Units (SI) standards. 2.2 requirements

2.2.1 This technical specification is applicable to the ordering of dry-type transformers. The technical requirements of functional design, structure, performance, installation and test of dry-type transformer are put forward.

2.2.2 The technical specification of the equipment is the minimum technical requirements, without any technical details, and does not fully quote the provisions of relevant standards and specifications. The seller shall guarantee to provide high-quality products in accordance with the bidding document and industrial standards.

2.2.3 If the seller does not raise any objection to the provisions of the technical specification of the equipment in written form (if any, please reflect in the difference table), it means that the equipment provided by the seller fully meets the requirements of the technical specification.

2.2.4 In case of any discrepancy between the standards used in the technical specification of the equipment and those implemented by the seller, the higher standard shall be applied.

2.2.5 The products provided by the seller shall have been in operation for more than two years under the corresponding engineering or conditions, to prove that they are safe and reliable.

2.2.6 The technical specification of the equipment shall be regarded as the technical appendix of the order contract after being confirmed by both parties, and shall have the same legal effect as the text of the contract.

2.2.7 The registered capital of the enterprise shall not be less than 10 million yuan, and the annual sales shall be more than 100 million yuan. The quoted manufacturer shall be a professional transformer manufacturer, and the quoted agent manufacturer shall not be accepted. 2.2.8 Provide the sales performance table of paper industry within two years;
