Dry type transformer has noise. If the sound of the transformer is larger than normal and there is obvious noise, but the current and voltage are not obviously abnormal, it may be caused by the looseness of the internal clamp or the screw pressing the dead center, which makes the vibration of the silicon steel sheet increase。

                                                            

   Dry type discharge transformer. If partial discharge occurs inside or outside the transformer, there will be "crackling" discharge sound in the sound green. When this situation occurs, if there is blue corona or spark near the transformer bushing at night or in rainy weather, it indicates that the porcelain parts are seriously polluted or the equipment clamp is not in good contact; if the internal discharge of the transformer is electrostatic discharge of ungrounded parts or poor contact of tap changer, the transformer should be further tested or stopped.

 

Dry type transformer has water boiling sound. If the sound of the transformer is mixed with water boiling sound, and the temperature changes rapidly, and the oil level rises, it should be judged that the transformer winding has a short circuit fault, or the tap changer is seriously overheated due to poor contact. In this case, the transformer should be stopped immediately for inspection.

 

Dry type transformer has burst sound. If there is uneven burst sound in the sound of transformer, it is insulation breakdown inside or outside the transformer. At this time, the transformer should be stopped for inspection immediately.
