In addition to the advantages of SC series, the SG(B)10 transformer has no partial discharge due to its carefully designed coil structure and vacuum impregnation process, and no cracking and no drop in insulation level during its whole life.
High voltage adopts continuous winding, low voltage foil winding, overall vacuum impregnation and curing treatment, and adopts high strength ceramic support, has a good sudden short circuit current withstand capacity.
Non - flammable, flame retardant, non - toxic, self - extinguishing, fire. SG(B)10 transformer produces almost no smoke under high temperature open flame combustion.
NOMEX paper is used as the insulating material, and the insulating grade is H. The insulation layer is very thin and uniform, and the short-time overload capacity is very strong. There is no need for forced cooling, and 120% long-term overload and 140% overload can be carried out for 3 hours. As the insulation is not aged and elastic, it can be operated immediately under full load at ±50℃.
