I. Product introduction
1000KV dry type transformer with safety, fire retardant, no pollution, can be installed directly in the load center. Maintenance-free and easy to install. Good moistureproof performance, can be put into operation without pre-drying. Low loss, low local discharge, low noise, forced air cooling conditions can operate 120% of the rated load. Equipped with perfect temperature protection control system, it provides reliable guarantee for transformer safe operation. The reliability index of this product has reached the advanced level in China.

Ii. Product features
1. The coil is wound with copper wire or foil, reinforced by glass fiber, and poured by epoxy resin without filling, with high mechanical strength, short-circuit resistance and impact resistance.
2. The end and middle tap of the high-voltage winding are embedded with copper inserts, with good rigidity, easy to adjust and neat appearance.
3. The iron core is made of high quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with 45 degrees full inclined multi-step joints. The surface is covered with resin insulation coating, moisture resistance, rust resistance, noise reduction.
4. Elastic parts are used to clamp the iron core, clamps and coils, so that the coils are in a stable compression state to reduce noise.
5. The transformer is designed in accordance with self-cooling. Longitudinal air duct is reserved inside the wall of the high (low) pressure coil pouring as a whole, and forced air cooling device (cooling fan) can be equipped.
6. Equipped with temperature controller, platinum resistor (Pt100) is placed in the embedded hole at the top of the low-voltage coil. To monitor the temperature rise of the transformer winding, automatically start and stop the cooling fan, and is equipped with the functions of fault alarm, overtemperature alarm and overtemperature trip, to provide reliable overload protection device for the dry transformer, so as to improve the operation safety of the 1000KV dry transformer.
Iii. Product structure
Iron core: the iron core is made of imported high quality cold-rolled silicon steel, the third-order full inclined joint structure, the core column is bound with F-class non-weft belt, and the surface of the iron core is sealed with epoxy resin, which reduces the no-load loss, no-load current and iron sheet noise. The clamp and tight parts are treated with special surface, which further improves the appearance quality of the product.
Temperature control system and air cooling system: adopt cross flow top blowing type cooling fan. The cooling fan has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful appearance, etc., which enhances the overload capacity of transformer. Intelligent temperature controller is used for temperature control, which improves the safety and reliability of transformer operation.
Protection housing and outgoing bus: The protection housing provides further safety protection for the transformer. The protection grade includes IP20, IP23, etc. The shell material includes aluminum alloy, cold rolled steel plate, stainless steel and so on. Low voltage outgoing line can be discharged with standard bus, side outgoing line and top outgoing line can be used, and special outgoing line can be designed for users.
