How much do you know about the wiring of dry transformers?
The user needs to master the wiring method when using the dry transformer. If there are problems in the wiring, it is easy to cause the use failure. Then what is the wiring method of the dry type transformer?
Dry type transformer wiring method:
1. The "input" and "output" terminals of the short-connected transformer are tested with megohm meters for insulation resistance to the ground wire. When measured with 1000V megometer, the resistance value is greater than 2M ohm.
2. The sectional distribution of transformer input and output power lines shall meet the requirements of their current values; 2-2.5A/min2 current density configuration is appropriate.
3. The input and output three-phase power lines shall be connected to phase A, phase B and phase C respectively according to the bus color of the transformer junction board. The zero line shall be connected to the neutral zero line of the transformer compressor, and the ground line, transformer housing and transformer points shall be connected. Usually we say ground and zero lines are derived from the transformer neutral point. (For example, the transformer box should be connected with the ground wire mark of the box). Check the input-output line to make sure it is correct.
4. Power on without load first, observe and test the input and output voltage to meet the requirements. At the same time, observe the machine to see if there is abnormal noise, lighting, smell and other abnormal phenomena, if there is abnormal, please disconnect the input power.
5. Load can only be connected after no-load test is completed and normal.
