Temperature control system
The safe operation and service life of dry-type transformer depend on the safety and reliability of transformer winding insulation to a great extent. The insulation damage caused by the winding temperature exceeding the insulation tolerance temperature is one of the main reasons that the transformer can not work normally, so it is very important to monitor the operating temperature of the transformer and to control its alarm.
The automatic control of the fan: the temperature signal is measured by the PT100 thermosensitive temperature resistance embedded in the hottest part of the low-voltage winding. The transformer load increases, the operating temperature rises, when the winding temperature reaches 110℃, the system automatically starts the fan cooling; When the winding temperature is low to 90℃, the system automatically stops the fan.
The overtemperature alarm, trip: through the embedded in the low-voltage winding PTC nonlinear thermosensitive temperature resistance acquisition winding or core temperature signal. When the transformer winding temperature continues to rise, if it reaches 155℃, the system output overtemperature alarm signal; If the temperature continues to rise to 170℃, the transformer can not continue to operate, it is necessary to transmit the overtemperature trip signal to the secondary protection circuit, and the transformer should trip quickly.
The temperature display system: through the PT100 thermistor embedded in the low-voltage winding to measure the temperature change value, directly display the temperature of each phase winding (three-phase inspection and maximum display, and can record the highest temperature in history), can be the highest temperature to 4 ~ 20mA analog output, if need to be transmitted to the distance (up to 1200m) computer
