Dry-type transformer removal
1. The disassembled bolts and other parts should be cleaned and properly kept, and repaired or replaced in case of damage.
2. During disassembly, small instruments and casing should be dismantled first, and large components should be dismantled later. The order of assembly should be reversed.
3. After the cooler, pressure relief valve (or safe airway), oil purifier and oil storage tank are removed, the cover plate shall be applied to seal. Qualified dry transformer oil shall be injected into the rising seat with current transformer (or other moisture-proof sealing measures shall be taken).
4. The casing, oil level gauge, thermometer and other vulnerable parts should be properly kept after removal to prevent damage and dampness; Capacitive bushing shall be placed vertically.
5. Check the cooler, oil purifier and gas relay valves after assembly, and open or close them according to the regulations.
6. Exhaust the upper vent holes of the casing lift seat, the upper pipe hole cover, the cooler and the oil purifier for several times, until the exhaust is exhausted, and reseal and wipe the oil stains.
7. When dismounting the operating lever of the unexcited tap switch, the position of the tap switch should be recorded and marked; When dismantling the on-load tap switch, the tap should be placed in the middle position (or as specified by the manufacturer).
8. All parts and components of the assembled dry-type transformer should be intact.
9. Do a good job of on-site records.
