(2) for newly installed dry-type transformers and reactors for air-filled transportation, the following conditions should be comprehensively analyzed to determine whether they need to be dried: 1) the pressure inside the body of the device shall be kept positive from the time of leaving the factory to the time of installation; 2) the trace water in the residual oil shall not be greater than 30 PPM; 3) after the qualified insulating oil is injected into the dry-type transformers and reactors, the trace water of the electrical strength of the insulating oil and the insulating resistance shall conform to the relevant provisions of the current national standard "electrical installation project, electrical equipment handover test standard" (GB 50150-2006) . (3) when the positive pressure is not maintained and the seal is not obviously damaged, a comprehensive analysis of the installation and test records should be made to determine whether drying is required.
