In order to strengthen the quality progress of the anti-short-circuit strength of distribution transformers (hereinafter referred to as "distribution transformer") and ensure the quality of commodity supply, the State Grid Materials Department held a report meeting on the question of the anti-short-circuit strength of the improvement of distribution transformer in Beijing. The meeting listened to the provincial companies on this year's distribution of short-circuit strength of the special management program, and interviewed some distribution companies, about the quality of the distribution of the solution. Nearly 100 people attended the meeting, including State Grid Inspection Department, State Grid Materials Company, State Grid companies in various provinces, China Electric Power Research Institute and 69 distribution and transformation production companies.
At the meeting, the relevant responsible person of China Electric Power Research Institute reported the sampling inspection of the distribution transformer, and notified some representative examples of typical faults. In order to ensure the supply quality of distribution and transformation, the State Grid Transportation Inspection Department puts forward three requests to the distribution and transformation production company from the operation and protection point of view:
(1) on the distribution of common questions should be attached great importance to;
(2) about the short-circuit strength of the distribution change should be taken seriously;
(3) there should be a treatment scheme for the typical problems existing in the distribution change.
About the anti-short-circuit strength of the distribution change, the State Grid companies reported the management plan of this year, and the participating companies also said that the corresponding rectification and progress plan was clear.
It is reported that the State Grid will continue to increase the intensity of sampling inspection of the distribution change, and the sampling inspection request of the distribution change will occur five changes in the future:
(1) sampling inspection shall be added from some batches to all batches;
(2) The number of sampling inspection of each batch is increased from the previous one to three;
(3) sampling methods will be diversified, with different production companies choose different methods for sampling inspection;
(4) The rectification request will be more clear for the non-conforming goods found in the sampling;
(5) The request for sampling inspection will be reflected in the tender documents, and the bidding fee includes the sampling inspection fee.
This meeting is a meeting about the arrangement of the occupation, the distribution of the production company with warning and urging effect, request from top to bottom to attach great importance to the anti-short-circuit strength and other questions, and put forward useful management methods, it can be seen that the State Grid on improving the quality of the demand for firmness.
This also puts forward a request to the relevant companies of our amorphous transformation. It is understood that in all the sampling inspection results in 2015, the amorphous transformation resistance to sudden short circuit is also outstanding. In the future production process, the company should do: from the skill point of view, strengthen the amorphous quality control, seriously treat the amorphous short-circuit strength and other questions; From the structural design point of view, continue to develop new skills, new technology, new methods of short circuit shock resistance. To ensure the quality of amorphous products will be conducive to the healthy and long-term development of amorphous occupations.
