First, the upper oil temperature rises
1. Check whether the load of the transformer and the temperature of the cooling medium have changed significantly, and compare it with the oil temperature due to the load and the temperature of the cooling medium according to the relevant technical records.
2. Check whether the cooling device of the transformer fails, such as whether the fan and oil pump operate normally, whether the cooling water pressure is normal, and whether the power supply of the cooling device is put in or switched over normally.
3. Check list meter and its circuit are normal. The field meter value is compared with the remote measurement, and the comparison result should take the higher temperature as the basis to control the temperature of the transformer.
4. If it is found that the oil temperature is 5~10℃ higher than that under the same load and cooling conditions at ordinary times and keeps rising, and the cooler is running normally, it is considered that the transformer has failed, and the transformer should be stopped immediately by contacting the dispatcher.
5. Abnormal oil temperature of any phase of a single-phase transformer shall be regarded as abnormal and must be analyzed and dealt with promptly.
2. Abnormal oil level.
Under normal circumstances, the oil level of the transformer changes with the temperature. The oil temperature depends on the load carried by the transformer, the ambient temperature and the operation of the cooling system. If the transformer leakage occurs in the relevant parts, the oil level will be reduced accordingly. There are two main cases of abnormal transformer oil level:
1. Too high oil level. The reason is that the transformer is affected by high temperature for a long time, and expands by heat, so that the oil level rises; When refueling, the oil level is high; The transformer is flooded. When the oil level is too high, it will cause oil spill. Therefore, when the oil level is found to be high, it should be handled by the maintenance personnel in time, but the oil level should be controlled to correspond to the oil temperature at that time.
2. Too low oil level. The main reasons are transformer oil leakage; When the transformer load suddenly decreases or the external ambient temperature significantly decreases; Forced oil circulation directs cooling oil seepage of cooling transformer, resulting in transformer oil infiltration into water for a long time. Generally speaking, the oil level of the transformer will not leak in a large amount of time. Operators should monitor the change of transformer oil level at any time. When the oil level is lower than the gas relay, it will alarm. When the oil level is too low, the core winding may be in direct contact with the air, and the consequences are quite serious. When the oil level of the main transformer is abnormally reduced, it should be thoroughly checked to see if there is any oil leakage, whether the oil discharge valve of the accident is opened by mistake or oil leakage, and stop it in time. Such as oil leakage and can not be stopped, should contact power failure immediately. Do not change the heavy gas protection to the "signal" position. If the oil temperature is low, the cooler and cooling water can be adjusted to improve the oil temperature and contact the maintenance personnel for refueling. When refueling, the heavy gas protection should be put into the "signal" position. It is allowed to put into the "trip" position after running for more than 24 hours and no gas is discharged from the gas relay.
