Normal downtime
Gradually open the vent valve, and gradually close the exhaust valve;
Gradually turn down the intake throttle to 20~25 degrees;
Press the stop button and pay attention to whether there is any abnormal phenomenon during the stop process;
The oil supply can be stopped 5~10min after the unit stops, or when the bearing temperature drops to below 45 degrees Celsius. For units with floating ring seals, the sealed oil pump must continue to supply oil until the body temperature is lower than 80 degrees Celsius;
After the unit is shut down, the rotor should be rotated 180 degrees regularly within 2~4 hours
Emergency stop
Emergency shutdown: in case of any of the following situations during the unit trial operation, emergency shutdown shall be conducted immediately. The operation of emergency shutdown is to press the stop button of the main motor, and then carry out the after-treatment work after the shutdown;
The centrifugal fan suddenly vibrates strongly and has exceeded the trip value;
There is scratch or abnormal friction sound inside the body;
The phenomenon of smoke in any bearing or seal, or the temperature of a bearing rises sharply to the alarm value;
When the oil pressure is below the alarm value and cannot be restored to normal;
The tank level is low, and there is suction phenomenon;
The axial displacement value continues to increase obviously and reaches the alarm value.
