SCB10 series transformer features:
1. The coil is made of copper wire winding or foil winding, reinforced with glass fiber, vacuum drying and degassing and dehumidifying casting with epoxy resin without filler, with high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance and strong impact resistance.
2. The head and end of the high voltage winding and the tap in the middle adopt copper embedded embedded structure, which has good rigidity and is easy to adjust, beautiful and tidy.
3. The core is made of high quality grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet, 45 degree fully inclined multi-step joint. The surface is covered with resin insulation coating, resistant to moisture, rust and noise.
4. The elastic parts are used between the iron core, the clamp and the coil, so that the coil is in a stable compression state to reduce the noise. 5. The transformer is designed by self-cooling. Longitudinal air ducts are reserved inside the wall of the high (low) pressure coil, which can be equipped with forced air cooling device (cooling fan).
6. Equipped with temperature controller, platinum resistor (PTLOO) is placed in the embedded hole at the top of the low voltage coil. To monitor the temperature rise of the transformer windings, automatically start and stop the cooling fan and equipped with fault alarm, overtemperature alarm and overtemperature trip functions, to provide reliable overload protection device for the dry transformer, so as to improve the safety of the dry transformer operation.
